• For referral bonuses, the referred person must be an active player.

6 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets are closed before the event begins.
• In live betting, odds change in real time.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Any account found to be involved in match fixing or any form of fraud will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited. banglabaji reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

7 Prohibited Activities

banglabajiThe following activities are strictly prohibited on:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyberattack.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Impersonating another user or engaging in any form of deception.
• Harassing other members or staff.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or glitches.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

banglabaji may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• If the KYC verification process has not been completed.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the user's own request (voluntary self-closure).
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
